项目名称：年产60万吨尿素生产线
项目描述：常德是一个农业大市，有耕地面积701万亩，常年农作物播种面积1500万亩，主要农作物有水稻、棉花、油菜、水果、蔬菜、玉米、烟草、茶叶等。全市农作物年用尿素量在40万吨左右。目前常德没有一家尿素生产企业，主要依赖岳阳和株洲生产。周边地区益阳、张家界、怀化、湘西自治州等地没有尿素生产厂，年市场用量在100万吨左右。常德具有区位优势，水路、公路交通便利，建立一个年产60万吨尿素生产企业条件具备。
项目规模：项目总投资4.2亿元，其中设备投资8000万元；基建投资6000万元；流动资金2.8亿元，需招商引资4.2亿元。占地300亩，新建年生产尿素60万吨生产线，年销售收入12亿元。中方以土地、厂房等入股，外方以现金入股，中、外资投入比例为1：6。
经济效益：项目建成后，可年产尿素60万吨，年销售收入12亿元，年总成本10.2亿元，年获利1.2亿元，年税金6000万元，投资利润率为28.6%，预计投资回收期3.5年。

Carbamide Production Line of 600 Thousand Tons/ Year

Project Scale

Changed is a big agricultural city with a cultivated area of 7.01million mu and annal planting area of 15 million mu. The main crops of Changde include: rice, cotton, rape, fruits, vegetables, corn, tobacco, tea, and etc. Each year, 400 thousand tons of carbamide is needed for these agricultural corps. At present, however, there is no carbamide production enterprise in Changde city and carbamide is mainly bought from Yueyang city and zhuzhou city. And there is also no carbamide production enterprise in the neighboring cities such as Yiyang, Zhangjiajie, Huaihua and Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture that have an annual market demand of about 1 million tons of carbamide. Changed also enjoys regional advantage and convenient water and land transportation. Therefore, it has mature conditions to build a carbamide production enterprise of 600 thousand tons/year.

Project Scale

The total investment of this project amounts to RMB 420 million, among which RMB 80 million is for equipments, RMB 60 million for the infrastructure and RMB 280 million for working capital. RMB 420 billion foreign capital is needed for this projec6t. This project occupies an area of 300mu. It is planed to build a carbamide production line of 600 thousand tons/year. Our part will invest with land and factory workshop, the foreign part will invest with currency. The investment ratio between our part and foreign part is 1:6.

Economic Efficiency

After this project goes into operation, it can produce 600 thousand tons of carbamide each year, the annual sale value is RMB 1200 million; the total annual cost is RM1020 million; the annual profit is RM 120 million; the annual tax is RMB 60 million; the ration of profit is 28.6%. The investment recovery period is supposed to be 3.6 years.
